I joined EV in November after moving from one of the top 3 countries in the UK, Northern Ireland. Everyone was very welcoming and always happy to show me the ropes for the teams I'm in. My favourite thing about working at EV is the variety of different tasks I've been exposed to early in my tenure as its allowed me to get a grasp of all the ventures that EV as a company takes on.

I have had the pleasure of being part of the EV team for 12 years, joining initially within the accounts team where I spent 7 years, then moving to the HR team in 2019. Working at EV you are part of one big team who are all working with the same goal in mind. Not only are we dedicated to offering better financial solutions we also ensure that we keep focus on employee wellbeing, social & culture building, ESG initiatives the list is endless. I am proud to be part of the EV team.

During my 10 years at EV, I have been fortunate to be given an abundance of opportunities that has allowed me to progress in my career. I have been able to move around different functions within the business which has helped me to find roles that challenge and stimulate my curiosity. I have been supported to undertake my actuarial qualification and to try out different disciplines. Everyone at EV is super friendly and it really has a family feel.
