EValue was founded on strong principles: to give people the right to make well-informed financial decisions. To bring this principle to life, EValue is full of talented, passionate people who feel the same way. United by this common cause, people from across the business work together to improve financial decision-making for consumers.
From developers to UX designers, actuaries to marketers, there's a wide variety of people, careers and backgrounds at EValue. And there's one thing that every employee has in common: we all share the same values and purpose.
Everyone at EValue is committed to a common goal, so it's fantastic to share a clear identity with my team and everyone else who works so hard across the business. In return, the support and flexibility that EValue offer is second to none
Tracey Rickwood, UX Consultant
As a working mum, flexibility is a huge part of me maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Since having my daughter, EValue has provided me with an environment that allows me to enhance my career, yet still enables me to spend time with my daughter as she grows up. That's something I don't get a second chance with.
Gemma Brazier, Chartered Financial Planner
When working at EValue, you're always supported when it comes to career progression. It's so nice to work for a company that actively encourages you to develop your own career path. You get a real feeling of growing with the business.
Izzy Witts, Digital Marketing Executive
The nice thing about EValue is that no matter where you come from, who you are, what you do, and what your skill set and abilities are - everyone is treated as an equal. Everyone has the ability to input into the business and contribute their opinion. We're here to listen and take on everyone's thoughts to help grow the business.

Whether you want to join in the fun and games in the break-out area or take a stroll along the canal, life in the Newbury office is as varied as the work we do. Everything in the office is set up to help people do their best work: the light, bright offices; the range of meeting rooms; the dynamic atmosphere; and the chance to enjoy flexible working. The kitchen has an endless supply of hot and cold drinks, while there's often tasty snacks and treats on offer.
When we're not hard at work, you'll find us playing board games, relaxing in the kitchen, or getting ready to play football or join in the weekly yoga class.
Hidden inside the old brick buildings surrounding Liverpool Street Station is our London office. It's primarily home to our Asset team, though the smart meeting rooms and relaxed communal areas make it a favourite spot for any employee visiting the city. The London office is easy to get to: think a 30-second walk from Liverpool Street or ten minutes from Bank. You're in the best area for great lunches too – Spitalfields Market and Boxpark Shoreditch are within a 15-minute walk.
Our London office is run by TOG, so you can expect great facilities whether you're after meeting rooms, quiet spaces or communal areas. And even if you're based in Newbury, there's always the chance to occasionally work in London.
